CONI – LE GROUPE ROCK QUI FAIT VIBRER LE SUD-OUEST ENTRE NOSTALGIE 90’S ET ÉNERGIE BRUTE.

 

Originaires du sud-ouest entre Agen et Toulouse, les membres de Coni forment un quatuor français qui puise dans l’essence du rock alternatif et du post-grunge pour créer un son à la fois percutant et mélodique. Formé autour de Nicolas, batteur de formation devenu guitariste-chanteur, le groupe s’ancre dans une volonté sincère d’exprimer des émotions brutes à travers des textes en français et des mélodies entêtantes. Accompagné d’Éric à la basse – musicien complice de longue date – d’Olivier, batteur toulousain au jeu puissant et précis et plus récemment d’un renfort en seconde guitare avec Julien, Coni trouve rapidement sa formule magique : un rock incandescent, forgé dans l’urgence créative et porté par une vraie alchimie de groupe. Depuis janvier 2025, le quatuor rock enchaîne les scènes et marque les esprits avec une identité sonore affirmée, entre énergie live et introspection.

 

 

CONI – UN PREMIER EP QUI FAIT LE LIEN ENTRE PASSÉ GRUNGE ET VITALITÉ CONTEMPORAINE.

 

Attendu pour fin juin 2025, l’EP Coni s’annonce comme une carte de visite percutante pour le groupe en pleine ascension. Composé de cinq titres, il explore différentes facettes du rock alternatif, tout en conservant une cohérence sonore forte. L’ouverture se fait avec "Copain", un morceau brut et grungy, qui plante immédiatement le décor. Suivent "Juste à côté", titre pop rock explosif et solaire, et "Suivre les étoiles", moment suspendu entre rêverie et tension. "Bastide" apporte une touche groovy et entraînante, tandis que "Les jours d’avant" clôt l’EP sur une note sombre et incisive. Entre hommages assumés aux années 90 et regard résolument tourné vers l’avenir, Coni signe un premier projet dense, sincère et furieusement vivant. Une belle promesse pour la suite.

Portée par une atmosphère onirique et un contraste saisissant entre couplets planants et refrains saturés, la chanson évoque immédiatement l’héritage d’un rock introspectif à la Radiohead, époque Creep. Les paroles, écrites en français, naviguent entre douceur contemplative et tension émotionnelle, entre évasion cosmique et confrontations intérieures. Ce morceau témoigne de la capacité du groupe à manier l’équilibre entre délicatesse et puissance, offrant une véritable expérience sensorielle. CONI – THE ROCK BAND THAT’S ROCKING THE SOUTHWEST WITH 90S NOSTALGIA AND RAW ENERGY.

Hailing from the southwest between Agen and Toulouse, the members of Coni form a French quartet that draws on the essence of alternative rock and post-grunge to create a sound that is both punchy and melodic. Formed around Nicolas, a trained drummer turned guitarist-singer, the band is rooted in a sincere desire to express raw emotions through French lyrics and catchy melodies. Accompanied by Éric on bass – a long-time musician partner – Olivier, a Toulouse drummer with powerful and precise playing, and more recently with a reinforcement on second guitar with Julien, Coni quickly found its magic formula: incandescent rock, forged in creative urgency and driven by true group alchemy. Since January 2025, the rock quartet has been touring the stage and making an impression with a strong sonic identity, between live energy and introspection.
